Enchanted Local is a free directory of owner-run businesses along New Mexico's Rio Grande. It is run by Robert Stone, PO Box 114, Belen, NM 87002. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• When you add your business: business name, town, what you do, your name, your email, and your phone number if you give it.
• If you buy the AI visibility check: your payment is handled by Stripe. We see your name, email and the amount, never your full card number.
• If you use an invite link: UpViral, the service that runs our invite links, keeps your email and counts the businesses that join through your link.

What we do with it

• Set up your listing and email you when it's ready to check.
• Answer your emails and send anything you've asked for, such as a report you bought.

We never sell your details. We only email you about your listing, or about something you asked for. We don't call or text you unless you ask us to.

What shows on your listing

Only business facts: name, town, what you do, and how customers reach you. Your own email and phone stay private unless you tell us they're your business contact. Nothing goes up until you've seen it, and if you ask, we remove your listing within 2 days.

Cookies

Our pages are hosted by HighLevel (LeadConnector), which uses cookies to run its pages and forms. We don't add advertising trackers.

Your choices

To see, change or delete what we hold about you, reply to any email from us or write to Enchanted Local, PO Box 114, Belen, NM 87002. We delete your details within 30 days of your request.
